Notice: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Chamuco Cigars does its best to insure that you receive perfect cigars in perfect condition as quickly as possible. Our shipping department inspects each shipment for accuracy and quality before any cigars are packaged.

If for some rare and very strange reason you receive unsmokable or defective cigars, you may return the item to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt of your order for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund.

Should you experience any problems, please follow the steps listed below;

1. Before returning any item, please contact us via email at Returns@chamucocigars.com or by phone at 1-619-229-9797 and lets us know why you which to return the cigars.
2. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) will be issued for valid returns only.

Valid Reasons for Returning Merchandise are;

1. Wrong product shipped.
2.  Unsmokable cigars.
3. Please pack the cigars in a clean, odor-free box suitable for shipping
   1. Cigars must still be inside their factory display box when returned.
   2. Insure that display box is packaged securely inside your shipping box.
   3. DO NOT return cigars that have been SMOKED.
   4. RMA number must be clearly marked on OUTSIDE of package.
   5. Include a copy of your invoice or packing list.
   6. Cigars damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be credited.

For cigars by the box - if you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try 2 cigars, a pro-rata credit is applied, less shipping charges.  If you have smoked 3 or more cigars, no credit will be issued.

For non-cigar merchandise, returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive credit. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item.

If you fail to return merchandise within the given timeframe or without an RMA#, we may deny credit or issue a 15% re-stocking fee.

Chamuco Cigars is not responsible for packages and merchandise damaged during transit by the carrier.
